ONYX EVENT VENUE
Up to 250 guests
Starting at $1,795
Monday – Thursday
50% booking fee, credited toward your balance
YOUR CORPORATE RENTAL INCLUDES

✓ Licensed and bonded armed security
Rental time: Includes up to 8 hours, with setup and breakdown.
Booking fee: Required to reserve your date. Non-refundable and credited toward your balance (50% of the total rental rate).
Damage deposit: $500, refundable. Returned within 14 days after your event.
Final payment: Total balances are due 60 days before the event.
Holiday rate: Holidays that fall Monday through Thursday are booked at a special holiday rate. Contact us for pricing.
Additional services and staffing may be available for an additional fee.
